Versatility – Offering system designers latitude to optimize performance


The PolyMod® process can be performed on a variety of polymers, both thermoset and thermoplastic, with a wide range of physical properties. All Nitriles (NBR, XNBR, HNBR), Ethylene Propylene (EP, EPDM, EPR), Butyl (IIR), Ethylene Acrylate (AEM), Chloroprene/Neoprene (CR), Polyurethane (AU, EU), and Tetrafluoroethylene-Propylene (TFE/P), Santoprene®, Geolast®, and Krayton® can be PolyMod® processed – just to name a few materials.

PolyMod®  is not limited to seal geometry, seal type, or even to seals.  The PolyMod® process can be performed on O-rings to custom shapes and from seals to other rubber parts, such as wiper blades.  With such versatility, your options to optimize performance are almost unlimited.
