In pneumatic and many hydraulic applications, seal friction can negatively affect system performance. UltraMod™ was developed especially for fluorocarbon (FKM) rubber polymers to address their high coefficients of friction. UltraMod™ high performance FKM materials have significantly less friction than conventional FKM elastomers.
